2010 IS A BIG YEAR FOR ME.

 As a 31 year old athlete it is the first time I have had support from the National Lottery funding programme, and I want to make the most of it.

The two main aims this year are the European Duathlon Champs in Nancy, France in May and the World Duathlon Champs in Edinburgh on my 32^nd birthday in September. After a solid but unspectacular 2009 season I have refocused on my running over the winter to ensure that this is still the strong aspect of my Duathlon race.

I hope to represent GB at both the Worlds and European Champs and savour the opportunity of competing at a World Championships on home soil.

With continued support from my sponsors SHORTER ROCHFORD, BLOC, ATTEND 2 HEALTH, PYRO PLATFORMS, DAVID FREEMAN PHOTOGRAPHY and a new shoe contract with sporting giants MIZUNO just signed, as well as support from British Triathlon and the Lottery I have never been better placed to compete on the international stage.

 I will attempt to keep this site updated as the year progresses to what I hope will be a high point of my sporting life so far.
